The Lamborghini Huracan is an Italian sports car that was first presented to the general public in 2013 at the Geneva Motor Show. Its serial production started in the same year and is still going on.
The Huracan model was developed to replace the Gallardo model in Lamborghini’s offer, and its main designer was Filippo Perini. The new model, compared to its predecessor, is characterized by a changed style, quite clearly referring to the Aventador model. The drive unit has also changed – it is still a V10 engine, but with increased maximum power. In the course of serial production, several variants of the basic model have already been created, for example Hurricane Perfomante, which is characterized by increased engine power and reduced curb weight, which positively affects the car’s performance. The car – in the basic version – is able to accelerate to 325 km / h, and acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h is 3.2 seconds!
