The white line on the top deck is engraved in a concave form, and can be reproduced with a white paint smear. A new color scheme has been developed specifically for the MSDF ships, and the color scheme mimics the “dark grey N4″ of the open-air deck. The included decals include markings that decorate the waterline, such as ship numbers and old type landing signs. DDG174 Kirishima” contains the unique making of the frame line around the helicopter deck, the center white line, and the foredeck section, so that individual differences can be expressed. The DD Murasame type includes the frame line around the helicopter deck that was initially seen. Two sea surface plates (blue moulding colour) are included for display purposes.
