A single sheet of decal (sticker) designed for use with plastic models, which is 190 mm long and 130 mm wide. It allows for realistic reproduction of the texture of a carbon fiber surface with a so-called plain weave. Its application is simple and very similar to applying a regular decal. First, cut out an element of the desired size from the sheet and soak it in lukewarm water for about 10-15 seconds. Then gently apply it to the cleaned and preferably degreased surface of the model, and at the very end – using a cotton swab or brush, remove excess air from under the decal. The use of specialist fluids will significantly improve adhesion – including flat, curved and convex. The decal in question is also characterized by very good covering properties when applied to any base colour. It will work great when finishing modelling details such as winglets, spoilers or panels of passenger cars, sports motorcycles or Formula 1 cars.
